The Opportunity

Member Support Consultants play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving Goodlife Health Club membership base.

As the first point of contact for prospective members, you will inspire them to begin their wellness journey with us and help thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger and happier versions of themselves.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns.
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
  • Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster.
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
About You
  • You hold current First Aid & CPR certificates.
  • You have the ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals.
  • You can solve problems and overcome obstacles.
  • You possess outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others.
  • You demonstrate tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
  • You are customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
What We Can Offer You

A competitive package including a base salary of $60,000, superannuation, and uncapped commission.
