About the Port Planning Role

Our organisation is a leading player in sustainable agriculture by connecting rural communities with food, animal feed, and industrial customers worldwide.

We are seeking a highly skilled Port Planner to be based at our Fisherman Islands site. The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Collaborating with the Supply Chain team and external customers to efficiently manage commodity movements into/out-of the port.
  • Coordinating rail and road movements into/out-of the terminal for all domestic and export customers.
  • Working closely with the Operations team, Maintenance, Capital teams, and Pest Control team during planning phases.
  • Monitoring and planning terminal capacity, constraints, and segregations.
  • Generating reports required to communicate plans with relevant stakeholders and planning labour hours to cost-effectively execute weekly work plans.
