Flexible Support Worker

The role involves providing supervision, transportation, mentoring, and assistance with daily living tasks. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality support services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing safe and supportive environments for service users
  • Developing and implementing individualized plans to achieve desired outcomes

Required skills and qualifications:

  • A relevant industry qualification (minimum Cert IV)
  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Check (NPC)
  • Drivers license and access to a clean, roadworthy vehicle
  • Comprehensive car insurance on your intended work vehicle
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module completion certificate
