Job Title: Environmental Custodian

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Environmental Custodian. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a comprehensive cleaning schedule throughout the store.
  • Cleaning, dusting, wiping, and scrubbing shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains.
  • Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark - whatever the weather.

About You and Your Skills:

  • Working both indoors and outdoors, you will be trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting.
  • A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
  • A keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
  • A passion for working safely and adhering to high safety standards.
  • The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
  • To be active - you'll be constantly on the go and may require moderate to heavy lifting, reaching, and pushing.
  • Availability to work flexible hours across our trading days (including weekends).
