Frontline Service Associate

We are seeking a front-line service associate to join our dining team. As a server, you will be responsible for ensuring that each guest receives excellent service and has a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize the section at the beginning of shift; restock and prepare tables for guests.
  • Provide correct utensils when serving food.
  • Describe all food and beverages delivered to tables.
  • Assist in cleaning tables and setting up tables for new guests.
  • Prepare and organize take away orders efficiently.
  • Write and take down food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the system for the kitchen.
  • Inform guests about specials and banquet menus.
  • Explain how various items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
  • Describe and recommend wines, cocktails and sake to enhance the dining experience.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Food and Beverage Service principles.
  • Excellent customer service skills with ability to handle diverse guest needs.
  • Must have RSA certification.
  • Full Time availability at least 5 days a week.
  • Valid Visa required to work full time.
  • Part Time availability at least 20+ hours a week.
  • English speaking level at least intermediate.
  • Good understanding of food hygiene practices.

  • Flexibility to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
