Job Title: Restaurant Server

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and welcoming restaurant server to join our team at Pier One Sydney Harbour Autograph Collection. As a server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and managing the settlement of customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking orders and answering guest queries
  • Warmly welcome and serve our guests
  • Understand menu content, menu changes, and promotional activities
  • Maintain cleanliness within your area
  • Manage the settlement of customer accounts
  • Undertake basic beverage preparation, act as a barista or bartender as directed
  • Assist setting up the Gantry Restaurant

Requirements:

An up-to-date RSA certification is required for this role. We are looking for individuals with a genuinely warm and welcoming demeanor, energizing motivation, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
