About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Leisure Operations Assistant in St Arnaud. As a key member of our recreation and leisure services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our aquatics and fitness programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our members and patrons, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Program Management: Assist in the management of our aquatics and fitness programs, including scheduling, bookings, and customer service.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure that our facilities are well-maintained, clean, and safe for use.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our members, patrons, and team members.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Qualification in Fitness, Recreation, or Sports Management.
  • Experience: Experience working in a recreation or leisure services environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
