Job Overview:

We are seeking a senior retail professional to lead our store operations, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Store Leadership: Oversee daily store activities, ensuring a positive and inclusive store environment for customers and employees alike.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Talent Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Maintenance and Operations: Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and ensure visual merchandising standards are met, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.
  • Financial Management: Monitor store finances, including budgets, forecasts, and expense reports, making informed decisions to optimize profitability and minimize costs.
  • Policies and Procedures: Implement company policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance and achieve business objectives, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and delivering results.
  • Sales Performance: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, with a focus on employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of financial management, inventory control, and supply chain optimization.
