**Role Overview**

Based in Launceston, the Chief Risk and Resilience Strategist will lead a small team and work closely with the Chief Risk Officer to design and implement effective risk, compliance, business continuity, and crisis management frameworks.

This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in managing risk and compliance within an APRA-regulated industry, and the ability to create a culture of incident reporting and transparency.

**Requirements**

• Degree qualification in business, commerce, or law
• Substantial senior management experience in risk and compliance

**Estimated Salary**: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, dependent on experience
