As a PEER Trainer and Assessor, your responsibilities will encompass providing instruction, mentorship, and support to our VET in Schools students and apprentices enrolled in our vocational training programs.

Are you an experienced Electrician looking for a new opportunity?

As a PEER Subject Matter Expert, your role will involve assisting Trainers and Assessors in both knowledge and performance domains while pursuing a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Competitive Compensation

Qualified Trainer & Assessor Level 4: $51 - $64 P/H

Qualified Trainer & Assessor Level 3: $48 - $60 P/H

Subject Matter Expert Level 2: $42 - $53 P/H

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Electrical trade qualification
  • Current PGE Licence
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to pass Working with Children and National Police Checks
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire, support, and motivate individuals while fostering a positive and rewarding environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or willingness to pursue this qualification
