Job Responsibilities
  • We conduct comprehensive assessments of participants' functional levels, using standardized tools and observations to inform our approach.
  • Based on these findings, we create personalized treatment goals that align with each participant's unique needs and aspirations.
  • We deliver evidence-based interventions that promote independence, participation, and overall well-being.
  • In addition, we offer guidance on adapting environments to support participants' needs, including home, school, work, and residential settings.
  • We also recommend the use of assistive technology to enhance participants' capabilities and improve their quality of life.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with a proactive attitude and a desire to learn from new ideas.
  • Our ideal candidate is motivated by a genuine passion for working in the disability sector and has a strong commitment to supporting diverse individuals.
  • Ability to work independently is also an asset.
