Job Responsibilities- We conduct comprehensive assessments of participants' functional levels, using standardized tools and observations to inform our approach.
- Based on these findings, we create personalized treatment goals that align with each participant's unique needs and aspirations.
- We deliver evidence-based interventions that promote independence, participation, and overall well-being.
- In addition, we offer guidance on adapting environments to support participants' needs, including home, school, work, and residential settings.
- We also recommend the use of assistive technology to enhance participants' capabilities and improve their quality of life.
- A current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with a proactive attitude and a desire to learn from new ideas.
