Client Solutions Manager

We are seeking a seasoned executive to join our Client Growth and Experience – Travel team in Melbourne. As a key member of this high-performance environment, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences.
This role will support advertising solutions for clients, including bookings, media plans, competitive reports, and more. You will assist in developing bespoke proposals for agencies and clients, undertake market research, monitor digital and integrated campaigns, and help with administrative tasks. Strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients are essential to success.
You will work closely with the Client Partner to develop sales strategies tailored to their portfolio, serving as a contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction. You will also be responsible for monitoring sales performance, targets, and addressing deviations proactively.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including contact info, opportunities, and communication history. Contribute to a high-performance environment with clear strategy and objectives. Assist in identifying and developing solutions for client needs.
Requirements- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage priorities.
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service.
- Adaptability to changing environments and solutions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides is beneficial.
