Nursing Education Specialist

About this role:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Educator to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term basis. This opportunity has arisen due to parental leave and we are eager to find someone who can make a positive impact in our clinical education programs.
This is an exciting chance to develop, deliver, and coordinate nursing education programs that support best-practice clinical care. If you have significant clinical nursing experience and a strong background in developing and delivering clinical education programs, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate clinical education programs for nursing staff
- Provide on-the-job training, mentoring, and competency assessments
- Support professional development and capability-building programs
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and internal policies
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Significant clinical nursing experience, preferably in aged care or acute care settings
- A strong background in developing and delivering clinical education programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
