About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for representing us as a Brand Ambassador at various brands in Melbourne. Your primary objective will be to engage with potential customers, hand out promotional materials, and attract new users to our platform.

To achieve this, you will be tasked with assisting existing and new users in downloading our App, setting up their account, and linking payment methods. You will also promote activation-specific promo mechanics, such as offering free items to new users, and help them complete transactions to claim their promotions.

In addition, you will be responsible for setting up and tearing down point-of-sale materials (POSM), providing feedback on activation flow and customer matters, and onboard and educating new merchants on our platform once closed by the Business Development team.

Your day-to-day activities may involve visiting merchants across Melbourne to deploy BAU and campaign POSM materials, working collaboratively across departments to optimize and scale current processes, and conducting quality assurance during merchant visits to ensure POSM condition and positioning align with branding guidelines.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in retail/event operation/hospitality/onboarding role or open to fresh graduate applicants.
  • Flexible schedule and ability to commit to a roster at least 2-4 weeks in advance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to approach staff and potential customers confidently.
  • A problem-solver who can handle failure or mistakes without being discouraged.
  • Ability to perform and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude, capable of managing tasks independently and meeting deadlines.
  • Driven to contribute to building a successful business in one of the fastest-growing startups in Australia.
