We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and experiences for our children, ensuring they receive the best possible start in life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children, including those with diverse abilities and learning styles.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs.
  • Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive, safe, and responsive to the needs of all children.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior educators to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
