Join Our Team as a Senior Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and experiences for our children, ensuring they receive the best possible start in life.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week, with a competitive salary and benefits package. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team, working together to provide high-quality educational programs and services to our children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our children and align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Lead and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs and services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to ensure the centre is meeting its educational goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
