Customer Service Representative

About the Role
At Belgravia Leisure, our Customer Service Officers are the backbone of our operations, providing exceptional services to our members, casual users, and potential new members. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering first-class services that align with our Mission, Vision, and Values.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all customers, both in person and over the phone
- Apply sound cash handling principles and utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Offer membership information and have the knowledge to sell memberships when a person joins or renews
- Promote our centers' services and programs to customers and accept bookings and enrollments
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers
- Promote and exercise excellent public relations at all times
- Ensure the opening and closing of the center in accordance with security and safety procedures
Requirements
- Positive, friendly, and energetic work style
- Computer literacy and familiarity with software packages and point of sale systems
- Desirable experience in the leisure industry
- Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
- Current CPR Certificate
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- Availability on Saturdays and Sundays
We encourage candidates with a friendly attitude and a customer service mindset to apply, even if they don't have previous experience in a similar role.
