The role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving complex problems, and is passionate about turning strategy into real-world results.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, conducting workshops and interviews to elicit detailed information, identifying common issues and delivering solutions, documenting requirements, test cases, and user documents, supporting project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and recommending mitigation strategies, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.

What We're Looking For?

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Technology, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
  • Exposure to enterprise retail systems (e.g. Ecommerce, POS, ERP)
