Marketing Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including website, video, podcasts, blogs, and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing plans with commercial priorities and drive engagement and ROI.
  • Lead regional execution of major thought leadership campaigns and adapt global content strategies for local audiences.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of Marketing and Events Executives to ensure successful campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities:1. Campaign Development and Execution

Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and engage target audiences.

2. Team Management and Mentorship

Oversee the performance of Marketing and Events Executives, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their growth and success.

3. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across marketing, digital, communications, and client-facing teams to facilitate collaboration and ensure effective communication.

4. Performance Metrics and Analysis

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to inform future strategy and optimize marketing efforts.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years' experience in content-driven marketing or communications, ideally within professional services or a similarly complex B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to craft and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience developing thought leadership and whitepapers.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong project management skills.
