**The Opportunity**

An exciting chance exists for a lawyer to join our litigation & dispute resolution practice in our Melbourne office.

In this role, you will work closely with the litigation partners and directly with our clients on complex, challenging and high-profile commercial litigation matters.

You want to feel challenged, and to be given opportunities to take on additional responsibility, have autonomy and perform to your own high standard.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Proven experience and strong knowledge of commercial litigation disputes as a lawyer (2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience gained in private practice either in Australia or an overseas jurisdiction)
  • The ability to identify key issues in a legal matter
  • Superior analytical, research, communication and drafting skills
  • A commitment to excellence
  • SOUND judgement and a proactive, innovative and outcome-focussed approach to work
  • The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
