What We're Looking For

We're seeking a lawyer with:

• 2+ years PQEin commercial litigation and/or insolvency
• A desire tobuild a deep, strategic skillsetthrough direct exposure to complex, high-value disputes
• An interest inworking closely with principals and clients, notsitting behind layers of hierarchy
• A mindset that valuescollaboration, initiative, and quality outcomes

This role is ideal for a lawyer who wants to be more than a cog in a large machine, thrives on meaningful responsibility and direct involvement in strategic decision-making, and seeks an environment where talent is recognised, not buried.

What the Role Involves

You'll collaborate closely with experienced principals and clients, often dealing directly with senior decision-makers, and:

• working on significant and complex disputes in higher courts
• regularly attending and instructing in court
• engaging in mediations, negotiations, and regulatory or disciplinary enforcement actions.

You'll be part of a genuinely collegiate team that values precision, initiative, and impact.
