Job Title:

Clinical Nurse Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Expertly provide clinical leadership and facilitate evidence-based practice within the organization.

  3. Develop and evaluate clinical practice standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  4. Provide expert services facilitating effective management of patient care in the designated specialty.
Requirements:
  • Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with relevant authorities.
  • At least 5 years full-time equivalent post-registration experience, with at least 3 years full-time experience in the specialty field and approved postgraduate nursing qualifications.
  • Proven ability to interact professionally and resolve conflicts when necessary.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice advances and research in the relevant specialty.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to identify and respond to patient needs.
  • Application of critical thinking skills for advanced evidence-based nursing care delivery.
