Job Summary

This role involves working collaboratively within a highly motivated team to deliver exceptional customer service, manage communication channels, and build effective stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging informational sessions, as well as building a network of stakeholders and collaborating with Defence industry partners.

In this role, you will exercise sound judgement, possess highly developed administrative, planning, and organisational skills, and provide guidance and access to relevant products, services, and personnel.

  • Utilise customer service management, service delivery, and inclusive team collaboration and communication skills to elicit necessary inputs from the organisation.
  • Design, develop and deliver informative Materiel Logistics sessions in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Possess the ability to build a network, engage and communicate with multiple stakeholders.

We are a small but highly skilled team that directly supports key strategic objectives. We liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders throughout Defence and our Defence industry partners.
