Travel Expense Model Audit Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced travel industry expert to lead commercial arrangement audits, focusing on open book models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients in conducting thorough audits of their commercial arrangements (open book models)
  • Verify expenses charged to various entities, including wages, rent, utilities, etc.
  • Identify revenue that should be passed back to clients, encompassing commissions and transaction fees
  • Analyze airline mark-ups, considering client access to raw IATA HOT files
  • Evaluate ticket on hold usage and retained domestic taxes paid back by airlines for trans-Tasman bookings

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Substantial experience working with travel industry data and commercial arrangements
  • Able to read and analyze IATA HOT files
  • Proficiency in software used for data analysis and visualization
