About the Role

Are you passionate about fashion and sneakers? Do you have a knack for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Platypus Shoes in Bundaberg, QLD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring customers leave the store feeling satisfied and engaged.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Process large volumes of stock, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Pick and pack click and dispatch orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Assist in maintaining the in-store environment, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning.
  • Maintain a positive and can-do attitude, always looking for opportunities to upsell and provide an unforgettable shopping experience.
Requirements
  • Full availability from October 2024 to Mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays.
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience.
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment.
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to listen and use feedback constructively.
