About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization as our Principal, Design.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping best-practice design across capital works programs.

Key responsibilities include leading the implementation of our Design Assurance program and providing expert advice to project teams, managing strategic partnerships with industry design experts.

  • The role ensures that all projects are delivered in accordance with the Design Guide for Health and align with HI's Corporate Strategy objectives.
  • This role offers a unique chance to influence design quality, drive continuous improvement, and guide strategic relationships.

This is a full-time ongoing position. Remuneration will be determined with the successful candidate.

Please note that you must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.

This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.
