Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Leader to drive the successful coordination of design teams across multiple offices and disciplines, while providing mentorship to developing staff.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering or a similar discipline, with extensive industry experience in major infrastructure and buildings projects. Proven leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and a passion for excellence are essential for delivering high-quality projects that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the delivery of large, complex projects within the Transport sector, including highways, rail, and maritime.
  • Drive the successful coordination of design teams across multiple offices and disciplines.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Oversee procurement, contract negotiation, and financial performance of projects.
  • Provide mentorship to team members, supporting their growth and development in design leadership.
