Centre Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Centre Manager to lead our workshop team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing production management, ensuring targets are met and vehicles are repaired to the highest standard.

About this Role

This is a full-time position reporting directly to our State Operations Manager. You will take ownership of your centre, providing leadership and motivation to your team while having a significant impact on the day-to-day operational running of the site.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Workshop Management: Oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with quality expectations.
  • Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
  • Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: Ensure the site is operating profitably. Prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, and Management Reports by utilising tools provided to understand site performance.
  • Leadership and People Management: Oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place. Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
  • Work Health and Safety (WHS): Ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, ensuring all WHS policies and procedures are followed, and reporting and actioning safety incidents/near misses immediately.
