Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support to employees navigating injury and return-to-work pathways
  • Proactively reduce risk through strategic, targeted health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Work closely with senior managers and business stakeholders to facilitate achievement of specific workers' compensation and post-injury management strategies
  • Manage service provider contracts and delivery responses associated with outsourced health and injury management services

This role requires a passionate Health and Safety professional with 5+ years' experience, a relevant degree (OHS, allied health, nursing), and accreditation in rehab and return-to-work. Your expertise in mental health case management and deep understanding of OHS legislation, WorkCover, and Workers' Compensation will be key to driving impactful change.
