Construction Project Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver some of the country's most significant and transformative projects.
- Manage all on site activities and performance - Looking for leaders with a professional approach to managing people and programmes.
- Provide leadership in health, safety, quality and environmental management.
- Stakeholder and resource management - Ensuring relevant labour is on site to deliver key project objectives, and ensuring quality is maintained throughout.
- A stable track record of delivering similar sized projects for Tier 1 builders in an upper management role (minimum of 5 years).
- Experience in Australia working for the head contractor (Required).
- A trade or tertiary qualification in construction.
- Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac and MS suites.
- Experience developing talent.
- Experience in managing large teams in a Tier 1 major project environment (In commercial Construction).
- Compliance with legislative and policy requirements.
- Joining a multinational with secure work.
- Delivering a landmark project alongside an experienced team.
- Developer builder in the Tier 1 space you get all the resources required and the financial stability of a large organisation.
