Appliance Service Professional

Bring our brand to life by delivering exceptional service and support to our consumers. We are seeking a skilled Appliance Service Professional to join our team as an independent contractor.

This role offers the opportunity to work independently, diagnosing and repairing domestic appliances while interacting with consumers, retailers, and commercial customers.

You will be responsible for managing spare parts and van stock to ensure first visit resolution, completing accurate and timely service jobs via company issued technology, and adhering to all work health and safety requirements.

As an Appliance Service Professional, you will possess the relevant licenses and certifications, business registration, public liability insurance, workers compensation insurance, and availability to cover a metropolitan service area.

The ideal candidate will have sound technical knowledge of appliances, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to deliver a positive experience to our consumers.
