About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Valet Parking Attendant to join our team. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to customers and retailers, ensuring a seamless and premium valet experience. This includes greeting and assisting customers upon arrival and departure from the centre, safely parking and retrieving customer vehicles, and supporting valet services by helping guests with parking and exiting their vehicles.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work independently, and a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. You will also need to have a valid full Australian driver's license (Manual/Auto) and experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail, hospitality or guest services, is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers upon arrival and departure from the centre
- Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles
- Support valet services by helping guests with parking and exiting their vehicles
- Ensure smooth traffic flow in the valet area
