Role Overview
We are seeking a Valet Parking Attendant to join our team at Westfield Sydney, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a seamless parking experience.
The Successful Candidate
- Will possess excellent communication skills, ensuring effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Will have experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hotel or guest services, with valet experience being an advantage.
- Will be proactive, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Will have a valid full driver's license (Manual/Auto/International).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to customers and retailers, enhancing their valet experience.
- Greet and assist customers upon arrival and departure from the centre.
- Support valet services by helping guests with parking, opening car doors, and assisting them as they exit their vehicles.
- Evaluate traffic flow in the valet area.
