Job Title: Family Medicine Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced General Practitioner to join our practice in Gungahlin. As a Family Medicine Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients
  • Conduct health assessments and chronic disease management plans
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Postgraduate qualification in family medicine or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Practitioner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
