Operations Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of quality education at Eden Academy.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for leading teams and empowering Centre Managers to reach their full potential.

You will develop and execute strategic plans tailored to each service, driving operational excellence and growth. You will also strengthen family and community connections through effective communication and CRM engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor Teams: Lead with purpose and empower Centre Managers to reach their full potential.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute plans tailored to each service, driving operational excellence and growth.
  • Community Engagement: Strengthen family and community connections through effective communication and CRM engagement.
  • Service Performance: Oversee service performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
  • Leadership Strategies: Champion strong leadership and team engagement strategies across multiple locations.
What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • Diploma, Bachelor, or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood.
  • Compassionate leadership style with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Proven multi-site management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the NQF and EYLF.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • Previous experience in budgeting and workforce planning.
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Kidsoft, CCSS, ISS, and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of legislation across QLD, NSW, SA, and VIC.
  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications.
  • Valid Police Check and WWCC.
