Overview:
Our organization seeks a dedicated and results-driven Education Coach to work collaboratively with teachers, teacher aides, and students in Years 5-8. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about special education, eager to bring energy and creativity to their classroom, and committed to contributing to a supportive school culture.
The Role:
As a valued member of the School Leadership Team, you will collaborate with teachers and teacher aides to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality pedagogy throughout the school sector. You will also support students with diverse learning needs to maximize their potential, contribute to the School Leadership Team, and support school-wide improvement in pedagogy. Furthermore, you will work within the High Performance Schools Program framework as an Education Coach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective pedagogical strategies to enhance student outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers and teacher aides to ensure consistency and quality in pedagogy delivery.
- Support students with diverse learning needs to maximize their potential.
- Contribute to the School Leadership Team to drive school-wide improvement in pedagogy.
- Work within the High Performance Schools Program framework as an Education Coach.
Requirements:
- A relevant teaching qualification.
- Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration as a teacher in Queensland.
- In addition to registration, teachers working in Education and Care Services (including State Delivered Kindergarten programs) require an exemption card issued by Blue Card Services.
