As an Educator you will be part of a team that works together to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

About This Role

  • Work as part of a collaborative team to deliver high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-5 years
  • Develop and implement educational programs that promote children's physical, social, emotional and cognitive development
  • Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Contribute to the ongoing quality improvement of educational programs and services

Requirements

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
