The Role

A Cluster Visual Merchandiser is responsible for implementing improvement plans, managing merchandise presentation guidelines, and developing teams to deliver visual excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular store visits and implementing improvement plans
  • Managing merchandise presentation guidelines and their execution across regions
  • Developing teams to deliver visual excellence in line with company guidelines
  • Ensuring timely execution and compliance of visual presentations
  • Leading visual set-ups for new store openings
  • Executing visual updates and communicating directions to stores
  • Managing campaign/product launch set-ups and providing feedback
  • Inducting and training IVM teams for future expansion
  • Managing region-wide photograph uploads for consistent visual excellence

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within a high-turnover retailer
  • Tertiary qualifications in Visual Merchandising (Cert IV / Diploma) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of fashion and our brands
  • Prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
  • Confident communication skills at all levels of the business
