About the Role

Ace Therapy is a registered NDIS provider offering therapy services across Perth from our offices. Our team empowers individuals of all ages and abilities to maximise their independence through collaborative efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with stakeholders to provide individualised support plans.
  • Providing evidence-based assessments and services in home and community environments.
  • Reporting accurate, timely, and high-quality intervention strategies.
  • Collaborating with senior clinical staff on initiatives related to service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Recommending assistive technology based on participant goals and funding.

What You'll Need

  • Demonstrated ability in assessment and clinical reasoning for planning, implementing, and evaluating therapy services.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member with clients and other stakeholders.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children's Check compliance.
  • Completion of the NDIS Workers Orientation Module.
