Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and project sponsors.
  4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure project success.
  5. Communication: Develop and implement effective communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, including adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery and team performance.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of project delivery experience with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  2. Project/Program certifications, such as PRINCE2, Agile, or PMP.
  3. Experience managing Service Management and/or technical projects, including experience with Service Integration & Management (SIAM) toolsets.
  4. Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations and processes.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
