We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Medical Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality medical care to residents in our aged care facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing residents' health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
- Managing and dressing wounds, preventing infections, and promoting proper wound healing.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on residents' specific needs and medical conditions.
- Conducting thorough health assessments, maintaining accurate medical records, and documenting changes in residents' health conditions.
- Addressing pain concerns and implementing pain management strategies.
- Being prepared to handle medical emergencies and coordinating the response as necessary.

Requirements
- Current AHPRA Registration is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards.
- Adaptable, passionate, and willing to learn with a focus on teamwork.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
