Corporate Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer to provide strategic legal advice on complex issues. This role involves providing expert guidance on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed analysis of complex legal issues and develop recommendations for senior management.
  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies to mitigate risk and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Admission as a practitioner of the High Court or Supreme Court of an Australian State or Territory.
  • Proven experience in corporate law, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
