Job Title: Training & Learning Platform Coordinator
About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing training programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging learning content that meets organizational needs.
  • Accurately maintain records of training completion and certification.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive curriculum.
  • Provide technical support for Learning Management System (LMS).

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in training administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with LMS software and technology.
