Strategic Product Development Manager

At Haymes Paint, we're committed to delivering exceptional products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. We're now seeking a high-performing Senior Product Manager to lead one of our three Product Category teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to drive product strategy, develop and implement category business plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on customer needs, a deep understanding of the industry, and excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing product category strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Leading product development and lifecycle management processes, including market research, ideation, and new product development
- Collaborating with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to drive seamless product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Providing sales enablement support to equip the sales team with the resources and training needed to succeed
Requirements for the role include:
- Qualification in Marketing or Business with 7+ years' work experience
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographically
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making
