Job Title: Support Worker for Independent Living

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate support worker to join our team in providing long-term care to a young, independent lady.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the participant with daily tasks and activities, while also working collaboratively with other team members to ensure her comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing individualized support to the participant
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Accompanying the participant on community outings and social events
  • Maintaining accurate records of support provided

Requirements:

  • NDIS Workers Screening certification
  • Drivers Licence and Car
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module and 'Quality, Safety and You' training
  • Online Infection Control training
  • First Aid and CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • First Aid Certification
  • Driver Licence

Work Environment:

The support worker will work in a variety of settings, including the participant's home and in the community. The role requires a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
