Job Title: Onboarding and Team Development Manager

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team of professionals in creating a seamless onboarding experience for employees and contractors.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of onboarding and mobilisation professionals across multiple locations, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Teams to develop a streamlined approach to onboarding, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyse and report data to inform decision-making, focusing on process efficiencies, technology implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive change management initiatives to enhance the candidate and stakeholder experience, promoting data integrity and process efficiency.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A certificate level qualification in Business, Administration, HR, or commensurate experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience within a similar environment, with a proven track record of driving improvement.
  • In-depth understanding of employment legislation, with experience in reporting on KPIs related to onboarding timelines, efficiency, and candidate experience.
  • A working knowledge of employment contracts, terms, entitlements, and procedures.
