Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our NSW Service Team in Coffs Harbour or Newcastle.

This role involves conducting installations, troubleshooting equipment issues, liaising with the Service Co-ordination team, and completing service documentation via a mobile device.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative and reactive maintenance for medical equipment at customer sites.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Support other Field Service Engineers as needed, ensuring seamless service delivery.

This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, electrical knowledge, and a valid Driver's Licence. Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technician, preferably in MedTech, is highly desirable.

Requirements:
  • A current Restricted or Full Electrical Licence.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid Driver's Licence for safe on-road travel.
  • Previous experience in medical equipment maintenance or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment.
