About the Role
  • Lead and manage a team of employees to deliver exceptional care to residents.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work within a supportive team to coordinate and deliver care. You will also be responsible for providing complex clinical care, including wound management, medication administration, and condition assessments and referrals. Additionally, you will record reports and observations on our computer program and evaluate and maintain care plans to meet changing resident needs.

Requirements
  • Nurse - Registered (AHPRA)
  • 2+ years experience in Aged Care
  • Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of our care software
  • Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety responsibilities
  • Knowledge of Aged Care legislation and accreditation standards
