Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail stores.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, collaborating closely with Optometrists to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and coaching effective selling and customer service skills to our store team members.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or higher retail management position, with proven experience working with staff scheduling in compliance with local labour laws.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including managing staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
