Chief Retail Operations Officer

As a senior retail leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving exceptional customer experiences and business outcomes for your store.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to lead and embed a culture that fosters a high-performing team of brand ambassadors within their store.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and empowering your Store Management team who are customer-focused, people-driven, and results-oriented.
- Coaching your team to deliver seamless customer experiences and an elevated in-store experience.
- Identifying your team's development needs and motivators to drive wellness, engagement, and performance to build a strong bench for future succession.
- Collaborating with Field VM and Merch partners to provide customer and store insights to drive results and create great experiences for customers.
- Effectively managing store schedules and wages to achieve productivity and wage targets.
- Advocating for social responsibility initiatives and leading the team on how they can make a positive impact on community projects.
